About this house rental
Positioned in the heart of Jan Juc, just 100m from Bird Rock and the sensational surf beach and very close to cafes, shops and medical facilities. A classic, comfortable and inviting beach home. The house has two levels with four bedrooms and two living areas. There are two outdoor areas, front and back including a Weber Q BBQ and undercover parking for two cars.
Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, two upstairs and two down stairs. Three of the rooms with queen sized beds and the fourth with two sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom.
Bathrooms: two large bathrooms and one extra toilet. The ensuite has large shower, toilet and double basins, the downstairs bathroom has a large bath, toilet, shower and vanity. A third toilet and basin is upstairs.
Kitchen and living: Large kitchen and dining area complete with quality appliances including Nespresso coffee machine. Large living areas, one on each level with LED TVs, DVD players and stereo. Polished timber floorboards downstairs, carpet upstairs.
Outdoors: Large, secure outdoor areas. North and south facing, decked outdoor family meals areas, undercover parking for two cars and grassed areas ideal for the kids. Outdoor shower.
Heating/cooling: Three reverse cycle air conditioners found in the living areas and master bedroom. Pedestal fans in each bedroom.
Plenty of toys, books and Dvd's for all age groups.
Locally:Across the road from Swell cafe, pub, Bird Rock Bar and Cave Pizza. An old fashioned milk bar for fresh bread and milk too. Great walking/ bike track along coast to Bells beach, Torquay and beyond. Skate park, adventure playground, tennis courts and oval within 500m. Torquay golf course and RACV club within 1km.

Strictly no parties allowed. Noise disturbance will not be tolerated.
Minimum six-day bookings during peak periods after Christmas and at Easter, otherwise minimum two-night stay.
All bedding and linen provided. You will only need to bring beach towels.

Our family stay was exactly what we needed. Extremely close to the beach, shops and Hotel. Superb house and amenities. It was really well looked after and we particularly appreciated the outside area for the kids to play and the array of kids toys and games on offer. The kitchen was well appointed and great off street parking. We look forward to another family holiday soon.
