About this house rental
On the western coast of the Peloponnese, approx. 25km north of the city Kyparissia, directly at the sea there is the village Kakovatos. An extensive dune beach, farm land, vegetable fields, olive groves, beautiful pine trees and the blue sea on the horizon are the characteristics of this area. The village itself is quiet, rural and modest with a couple of taverns, Cafés, and beach bars at the seashore.
The property NIKOS is located on the outskirts of Kakovatos, directly behind a dune on a densely overgrown property. The 3 terraced houses in a row and the 4 semi-detached houses NIKOS are situated on a large nature and garden property, just outside the village in a quiet, green area, well separated by lush, Mediterranean plants and a distance of 10 to 20mtr between the houses.
The terraced houses NIKOS 3 to 5 are in the rear part of the property (from the sea) and have a separate access.
The simply furnished middle terraced house NIKOS 4 is immersed in lush vegetation with banana plants and fruit trees. Ground-level entrance is via the roofed terrace of the house. The small stand-up kitchen is adjoining to the 2 bedrooms and a bath room. A barbecue is available on demand.
The sandy beach and the sea can be reached directly from the property via a path of 250mtr. At the beach you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Απόλυτη ησυχία και ηρεμία. Κοντά στην θάλασσα και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Λείπει ένα a/c στη δεύτερη κρεβατοκάμαρα αλλά κι έτσι όλα καλα.

Nous avons adoré nos deux semaines passées dans cet appartement. aucun souci de voisinage, chaque appartement edt isolé des autres par une végétation abondante et fleurie!!On peut tout faire a pieds , la plage, les courses, le resto, les ballades.Nous recommandons totalement cet endroit aux amateurs de calme, de mer, d'authenticité....Merci

Sehr netter Vermieter, der Sohn spricht sehr gut deutsch. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit Wein und Olivenöl begrüßt.
Der Garten in dem die Ferienhäuser sich befinden ist groß und schön angelegt, man darf die reifen Früchte gerne ernten. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend. Einmal die Woche erhält man frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, es war alles sehr sauber. Im Dorf wurden wir sehr herzlich behandelt, es gibt zwei Minimärkte in denen man das Nötigste bekommt, mehrere Cafés, Bäcker, Metzger und mehrere Tavernen. Einen größeren Supermarkt gibt es in Zacharo, ca. 5 km entfernt.
Zum Strand sind es nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß, es ist ein wunderschöner fast leerer Sandstrand, 200m weiter gibt es auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Wir waren Ende August/ Andang September 2017 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
