This reservation is a 2 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 1br deluxe next to a smaller 1br suite with each having a bedroom, living area, bath and kitchen which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side. Take a look a the floorplan to see what you are getting. Condos are connected by an interior door as well as each condo having an outside entrance. Fully furnished 1500 SF lockoff condo including full kitchen, washer/dryer, a king, 2 double size + 1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room area + 2 baths + free wifi for up to 4 devices and a balcony. Used as home base for Universal vacation week and a conference at OCCC. Check in was simple, room was clean, spacious and as advertised (2 bedroom lockout). Somewhat pushy timeshare scheduling agent, but other than that, all was fine. 20 minute drive to OCCC and 30 minute drive to Universal parking.

I was very impressed with this resort. It was large and so beautifully maintained. Our suite was spotlessly cleaned and had been recently updated. All of the essentials for our stay were there. The security details implemented made me feel secure in letting my teenagers enjoy the resort without me tagging along. The pool was awesome. All of the workers we talked to were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We did see both resident alligators. That was very exciting for all of us.

The property is nice, good parking, easy to get luggage carts. The condo is very nice. While I enjoyed the soaker and jacuzzi tubs they were not user friendly for my elderly mother. Check in is a pain because the reps trying to force you to attend sales meetings are relentless. Overall it’s a nice place to stay in a good location.
