This idyllic stone built 17th Century Cottage, 5 bedroom property has recently being refurbished throughout to provide an executive quality finish. Less than 1 minute from the village centre, accessed through a 'secret passage' and yet tucked away in a 'hidden' street, that enables the garden to become a quiet sanctuary from the lively village life. The 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, layout allows maximum flexible sleeping arrangements. The property includes many original features, including underfloor heated Yorkshire stone floors in the kitchen and dinning room, as well as original exposed beams and open fire in the dinning room and log burner in the lounge. The mature and well stocked garden benefits from sufficiently high garden walls to ensure privacy, yet big enough to enjoy the sun all day round. Ellesmere Cottage is a beautiful house in a great location in the pretty village of Grassington.
Everything we needed in the house for a superb break with a group of friends over New Year.
We will definitely be rebooking.
Great communication from the owners too.
