Location: This beautiful newly built villa is in an excellent location, ideal for relaxing. The villa has a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool (opening: from May 1st to October 15th). Dimensions: 7.30 x 3.75 x 1.32 meters). The villa is close to the beautiful sandy beach and the sights of Tuscany: an ideal starting point for excursions to the art cities, the fashion centers or the hilly landscape. The villa has a fenced plot with remote-controlled gate, the garden is regularly maintained and is always a joy for children and adults. The unobstructed view into the distance ensures a sense of well-being. In the garden is a covered terrace with seating for all welcome guests, who of course are also allowed to grill.
