Un appartement bien situé, propre et correspondant au descriptif. Un bon accompagnement de l’agence interhome de Saint Cyprien. Merci à eux. Le changement des plaques électriques serait le bienvenu pour améliorer le confort. Merci

L'appt est propre et bien rangé. Gros bémol sur le confort : - chbre est située côté rue donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du traffic important sur cette route. - odeur d'égout remonte dc aération permanente - un vieux clic-clac dont la housse n'a semble t-il pas été remplacé dep lgtps et les vieilles couvertures fournies étaient tâchées - ballon eau chaude installé ds l'armoire de la chbre dc peu de rangement - déco surannée 2 chaises et 2 tabourets en bois dur...
