Spacious, lovely 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths townhome with car garage located in a quiet Neighborhood. It is a 3 story townhome, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. You will have the entire place to your own, no sharing.
Screened Porch and balconies.
It is convenient to Boeing, Bosch, Airport, Airforce. 35-40minutes to the beaches. Few minutes to Dorchester and Ashley Phosphate. Shopping center, groceries, etc are just a few minutes away.
Well equipped kitchen Cooking pots, utensils, silverware, knives, etc.
Linens and towels provided.
Washer & Dryer inside the house.
Free Parkings
We can add additional beds if needed.

Nice property in a quiet location. Not too busy. Dated a bit but
overall met all basic requirements. Not a big issue but there are some fees not mentioned in description that would have been nice to know upfront. Not a deal breaker because price vs size not a bad deal but an extra person charge for a party of six in a three-bedroom apartment seemed a bit unfair. In all the trip was enjoyable since I was looking forward to staying away from the crowds a bit. would recomend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. We came in town to celebrate a family member’s birthday. There were 2 beds and a couch in each bedroom. Only issue is the tv didn’t work in 1 bedroom. Either then that it was AWSOME.

Both the place and Mindy were great! I was traveling with three co-workers on business and our budget was tight, Mindy worked with us to stay within budget and we couldn't be happier. The row-home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, parking for 2 cars plus ample street parking. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and dinnerware. There is plenty of room between 3 floors for a group to spread out.
