The home was lovely and well appointed, true to the Palmetto theme of the Low Country! Having three bedrooms and two baths was a plus and a washer and dryer on hand as well. The neighborhood is remote but very quiet, and we felt safe. The owner was quite responsive and professional. Thanks for a great stay!

The kitchen/dining room area. The air conditioning. The water pressure & hot water temperature. Michael was responsive & easy to reach via the booking messaging app.

The neighborhood! 👎(G•H•E•T•T•O)…addicts wandering around day & night. The homeless & the panhandlers were loitering at the nearest gas station & grocery store (off Dorechester). Police sirens & helicopters were nonstop every night of our stay (thurs-sun). Then the highway traffic was another barrier to sleep; coupled with the freight trains rumbling through. The exterior of the house. 👎The front yard needing mowing & weeding, the backyard was even worse. The exterior side & back of the house was filthy & covered with green mildew. The property is in need of proper landscaping. It’s quite neglected. The white hallway walls inside could use a good wipe down. The white sheets in some of the rooms were dingy and need bleaching or to be replaced completely. The floors looked clean but after walking barefoot or with socks on, both were black! Only one television in the entire house. The sofa & loveseat need to be deep cleaned or considered for replacement.
