About this house rental

Our family-run holiday home, which has been awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association, is located in the garden of our house in the middle of a residential area near the city center of Diez, which can be easily reached with a 10-minute walk. It has an area of approximately 70 square meters, which is divided into a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, the bathroom and the bedroom with an additional TV. You reach the house through a separate entrance. We provide a lockable parking space for bicycles. The living room with its large couch invites you to linger and has three large windows with a beautiful view of the associated large sun terrace and the garden with pond. The terrace can be reached via the kitchen and the living room and is equipped with garden furniture, loungers and a large awning.

With a minimum stay of 4 nights, you can expect an attention from the house.

We loved our stay in this most perfect cottage! It was cozy, with all the comforts of home, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to relax. Our hostess and host were very friendly, spoke fluent English, and were quick to help with any requests. It is a great location within walking distance to a small bakery and a lovely park. We will definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here from the 27/06/11 untill 02/07/11,My daughter is 11 and she loved the atmosphere and the lay-out of the Wurmelhouse,we had a bbq in the garden and cycled all around.The place was clean and had everything in the kitchen that we needed to prepare our meals,We had a fantastic time and would recommend this house to anyone.And rest assured that we will be back.Thank you .

Wir waren für fünf Tage Osterurlaub in Diez. Die Wohnung ist wirklich unschlagbar gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kinderstuhl, Kinderbett und sogar ein Toilettenring für den Kleinen standen bereit. Das riesige Sofa, die Terrasse und der toll bepflanzte Garten sind weitere Highlights. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Die Besitzer haben in einem Ordner einen schönen Gesamteindruck des Objekts hinterlegt. Wichtig noch im Schlafzimmer gibt es noch 1 Vorhang und 2 Rollos zum abdunkeln. Der vordere Bereich der Küche ist höchstens 1,90m hoch (eher 1,85 gut), deshalb für große Personen ??? Das Schlafzimmer ist hoch genug, das Wohnzimmer, super gut. Auch bei fast 30 Grad noch kühl, trotz Flachdach. Die Reklamation der rostigen Schrauben bei den Waschlappenhaltern und den Schrauben des Magnetes im inneren des Badschrankes (total rostig schon ekelig ) so in der Höhe des Gesichtes., wurden weitergeleitet. Ansonsten tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, sehr gut Ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall, zu empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Wir haben eine entspannte Hochsommerwoche im Wurmelhaus verbracht, welches bezüglich Ausstattung kaum etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ - lediglich ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer und Sommerdecken wären bei Temperaturen um 30° gut gewesen, da sich das Haus stark aufheizt. Ansonsten war es angenehm ruhig, Einkaugsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind zahlreich vorhanden. Diez ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge an der wunderschönen Lahn. Besonders schön sind im Ort die zahlreichen Blumenbepflanzungen an Brücken, Häusern und Laternen - fast wie an der Cote` de Fleurie...

In diesem schönen Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sowohl die Ausstattung der Küche, als auch die des Wohnbereiches, mit Spielen und Bibliothek, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war perfekt, um den Ort fußläufig zu erkunden, oder in die nahegelegenen Städte zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir fanden eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Es mangelte an nichts. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter gerne vermieten. Sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Schade, dass wir zur kalten Jaheszeit hier waren und die schöne Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
