It has 2 floors. 1st Floor: large living room with sofa bed for two people (1.40), independent kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine in garage, shower room, garage and access to upper floor. 2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (2 x 1.35), 1 room with 2 beds (2 x 0.90), bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and access to the upper terrace. The lower terrace-porch next to the access to the house, of 20 m2, is covered and has garden furniture and sun loungers. In the back of the house there is a garden and wood barbecue. The appliances: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer (2), coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, ham stand, iron and ironing board, television and satellite dish for foreign channels, dvd, stereo, and thermos Electric for hot water. There is automatic irrigation outside and private pool of 4x7 m and depth of 1.60 to 2 m.

The responsible marriage of the house attends in Spanish and French.
Sheets and towels included. Cleaning Sisco performs the service at home.
Supplement for the 7th and 8th persons of € 50 per person and week.

Hemos estado 1 semana y nos hemos encontrado como en casa, muchas comodidades tanto para adultos como niños.
Arriba es muy cómodo tener un lavabo al lado de las habitaciones y otro lavabo abajo cerca de la piscina.
Nos ha gustado tener 2 neveras por la comodidad de poder separar comida de las bebidas.
Solo 2 inconvenientes...
1 que estando los aires acondicionados encendidos y hacer de comer a la misma vez nos saltaba el Automático,
Y el otro es que con niños pequeños hay que tener mucho cuidado con la escalera que sube a las habitaciones por el peligro de caida.
Por lo demas todo perfecto, tanto los dueños muy atentos a nuestras peticiones como irene la encargada de la casa.
Sin duda si fueramos otra vez a peñiscola repetiriamos en este alojamiento

La casa estaba muy limpia, se notaba que se preocupan por la comodidad del cliente, camas comodas, cocina y utensillos de todo habia.
La unico pero que tampoco molestaba es que habia muchas hormigas por lo demas de 10!
La chica que nos recibio muy atenta y el chico con quien hable x email muy atento tambien.
Bastante cerca del centro (tal como indican) con la comodidad de una casa.

Le séjour en famille très bon.
L'annonce correspond bien à la description des lieux.
Seul bémol les matelas ont besoin d être changer (ressorts dans les côtés), sauf celui qui est dans la tour qui est excellent.
Personne n'est venu pour faire l'état des lieux de départ ce qui entraîne des soucis de confiance. Dommage !
