Good but spoilt with the issues mentioned above.
Location good. Kitchen appliances comprehensive with the exception of mismatched saucepan lids.kn 2 bathrooms both with baths. Welcome pack of useful items. Useful file of information provided.
Awful whining noise in one of the cupboards in second bedroom which went on all night - impossible to sleep. Eventually seemed to be fixed after contacting Happy rentals twice. Then power tripped 3 times on last night after issue in bedroom seemed to have been fixed. Also it would be really helpful to have something better to dry clothes on than the old rickety clothes rail that is provided.

المكان هاديء وتتوفر فيه مستلزمات المطبخ والتدفئة وقريب من محطة القطار صغيرة لم استخدمها
لا يوجد مصعد والشفة في الطابق الثالث وهذا لم يتم توضيحه في الموقع مما استدعى الى حمل حقائب الامتعة بعد الوصول من المطار وايضا المغادرة صعب النقل والحقائب كبيرة ولا توجد خدمات مثل سوبر ماركت وبعيد جدا عن مركز المدينة والمحلات والتسوق واماكن التزلج ومكان استلام مفتاح الشقة يبعد ربع ساعة عن الشقة و لا توجد اماكن لجمع القمامة وهي تبعد عن الشقة مسافة اكثر عن 290 متر

Logement très calme, dans un très beau décors et au pied des transports en communs
L’emplacement idéal pour prendre le train pour se déplacer dans tout Chamonix. Très belle vue, très calme et appartement spacieux. Immeuble historique de la station ayant gardé son charme d’antan.
Aucune information sur l’étage auquel se trouvait l’appartement (3eme sans ascenseur) Équipements, mobilier et décoration tres vieillissantes (en mauvais etat parfois : tache sur les plaids, parquet gondolé, meubles vieillots…) Pas de carte d’hôtes mis à notre disposition pour avoir accès au train alors que la règle veut que ces cartes soient distribuées par les hôtes aux locataires pour en faciliter leur déplacement Parking trop petit pour la résidence (ait été obligé à 4 reprises de me garer en dehors et parfois pas simplement)

Á chegada ao alojamento , ninguém estava presente para ajudar . Tivemos de contactar a BOOKING, para pedir ajuda. Tivemos que nos deslocar a +/- 5 Km ( Outra localidade ) para tentar ir levantar a chave do apartamento , e voltar de novo ao alojamento. Á Saída , tivemos de ir novamente á localidade para depositar a chave numa caixa de correio. Nunca vimos ninguém nem falámos com ninguém do alojamento. TUDO MUITO IMPESSOAL , e POUCO PRÁTICO. Durante a estadia de 10 dias , ninguém trocou toalhas da WC , nem havia outras suplentes. Papel Higiénico, nunca foi reposto em 10 Dias.

Tout me plaisait VREIMENT. Placement, appart, équipement, propreté, bravo. Belle spacieux appartement bien équipe. Bâtiment avec ca histoire trop charmante.

Ubicacion y servicios, no hay que llevar nada tiene todo el menaje necesario.
El ser un tercer piso sin ascensor sobre todo el día de llegada y salida con todo el equipaje.
