The 2 room apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults, is very high quality and is ideal for families and couples. The Baltic Sea beach and the dune mile (center of Scharbeutz) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. During the beach chair season, a beach chair is available free of charge from Easter to early October on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.). The balcony (with garden furniture and table) leads off from the living room and tempts you to linger and relax. The entire apartment is equipped with tiled floors and underfloor heating.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße entlang und dann über eine Fußgängerbrücke, die einen sicher über eine Schnellstraße bringt.
Etwas besser könnte die Ausstattung mit dem Küchenutensilien sein. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, aber Küchenmesser etc könnte besser sein.

Die Beschreibung, Fotos, etc. sind genau so wie es in der Realität ist.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für das Fahrrad ist ein abschließbarer Keller für die FeWo vorhanden.
Schöner Balkon um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die Bäume in der Umgebung sind mittlerweile etwas größer - was aber schön ist. Man fühlt sich mitten im Grünen.
Die FeWo Strandläufer ist für 1 Person genial - auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Bei 2 Personen wird das bei längeren Zeiträumen wie ein verlängertes Wochenende spannend. 40 qm sind aber gut aufgeteilt.
Der Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr professionell und freundlich. Man war sofort im Urlaubsmodus.
Komme gerne wieder.

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in netter Umgebung. Fußweg ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Strandkorb ist inklusive. Zum Zentrum Scharbeutz ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Schlafzimmer eher klein, bei längerem Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich etwas schwierig mit der Unterbringung der Sachen. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, wir werden sicher noch einmal kommen.
