In about 150 meters you can reach one of the most beautiful beach sections in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. During the beach chair season, a beach chair is available free of charge from May 15th to September 15th on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

In the living / sleeping area there is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.). From the living room you can access the furnished terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. Schöne Wohnung, wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Lediglich eine Aussenbeleuchtung an der Treppe wäre wünschenswert, das ist im Dunkeln schon gefährlich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fanden es aufgrund des hohen Andrangs in Scharbeutz am Pfingstwochenende auch sehr gut, dass die Wohnung nicht ganz zentral, aber sehr nah am Strand liegt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten über den schönen Bohlenweg und die Strandpromenade im Zentrum. Einziger Wermutstropfen, wenn man das so nennen will, ist vielleicht, dass die Wohnung bei schlechtem Wetter etwas dunkel sein könnte, da sie keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung bekommt. Dies kann an heißen Sommertagen aber auch von Vorteil sein.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung in ist wirklich hochwertig und auch in der Küche ist sehr Vieles vorhanden...

Da die Wohnung im KG gelegen ist und sich gegenüber der Terrasse eine große Hecke als Abtrennung zu den Nachbarn befindet, kommt im Prinzip ganztägig keine Sonne in die Wohnung. Auch die Terrasse verliert dadurch erheblich an Reiz, da auch dort nur für eine kurze Spanne ein Quadratmeter Sonne hinscheint. Die Wohnung selbst ist völlig in Ordnung, durch den abtrennbaren Schlafbereich konnte man auch abends noch etwas spielen o. Ä., nachdem unser Kind im Bett lag. Positiv ist der kurze Weg zur Strandpromenade und der zugehörige Strandkorb in etwa 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
