About this apartment rental

Welcome to our apartment, which, with the "cottage magic" ...

Our bright and light-flooded and in 2016 kernsaniete 52m² Ferienwohung we have furnished with great attention to detail in the style of "Hüttenzauber's".
You can expect a large living and kitchen area with spacious fitted kitchen, a dining area with stunning views of the mountains and the horn chain; as well as a small job. Likewise, there is, somewhat separated, an additional solid sleeping space available.

The bedroom invites you to dream, when the view sweeps through the large windows on the mountain panorama.
The new bathroom is tastefully decorated and offers a high level of comfort.

Enjoyed our stay in this top floor apartment. Nice balcony and view, full kitchen, clean recent reno bathroom. Primary bedroom was nice but second bed is behind a short wall in the living area, so not private. Communication with manager could have been more consistent, with no message leading up to the rental with check in details, that is pretty standard. As well, instructions were to call a number of a local person an hour out which was a bit of a struggle in English but worked out ok. Note as well that laundry listed is in the basement and requires exact change to run machines (.50 coins). Overall good rental once we figured out the details.

Nach einer kurzen Einweisung in die Wohnung durften wir dieses schöne Apartment bewohnen. Auch wenn die Teufel Anlage nicht mehr da ist, haben wir nach tollen Ausflügen hier schöne Abende verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Lediglich eine Brotschneidemaschine wäre fein. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet Platz zum Verweilen. Die Zufahrt bietet bei Schnee und Glätte so manche Herausforderung. Mit der richtigen Bereifung sollte das aber keine Herausforderung darstellen. Eine Bäckerei ist um die Ecke und auch sonst sind es nur wenige Autominuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die äusserst gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse mit Blick auf Sonthofen und die Allgäuer Berge unter dem Dach eines Mehrparteienhauses. Kleiner Flur mit Garderobe und Ablagemöglichkeit , geräumiges Bad/WC mit schöner grosser Dusche, Wohn-/Essbereich mit komplett eingerichteter Küche (Geschirr,Gläser,Besteck, Kaffee-/Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher,Toaster und und und...) in umfangreicher und top-sauberer Anzahl sowie Bücher, TV (umfangreiche Spielfilm - CD -Sammlung), Internetzugang/W-lan. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Garderobe und Zutritt zum Balkon. Selten haben wir eine solch saubere und komplett eingerichtete Ferien Wohnung erlebt, in der wirklich alles passt! Wir kommen wieder!

Gibt nichts auszusetzen. Vor Ort war alles wie im inserat beschrieben. Der morgendliche Ausblick auf die Berge ist einfach herrlich. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort

Die Wohnung war super schön und geräumig. Die Kommunikation super und sehr sehr nett. Das Objekt ist der Jahreszeit entsprechend dekoriert. Ein Auge für das Detail und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Handtücher , Geschirrtücher, Föhn und einen Toster hatte ich umsonst eingepackt. Alles vorhanden. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder hin
