About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in Sonthofen in the Berghofen district near the Grünten mountain. It is a residential area and suburban location. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (one-piece mattress 200x160) with closet and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and whirlpool and there is a small window. The living room has a larger window, is with a wood-burning stove and a corner kitchen in the back of the room (a little darker; light over the work surface, ceiling lamp ... available). There is also a dining table (between the corner kitchen and living room. In the living area there is a 2-seater sofa, a wooden wall unit with a display case, television and music system. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (190x140). Outside there is a terrace reserved for guests, directly at the house, with garden furniture (benches, table, wooden screen), parasol, grill. Privacy screen to the neighboring house and the street, wind protection made of glass. A parking space is available. There is also a shed for storing bicycles or skis. Just ask.
