Ok for a short stay, great location
Spacious studio equipped with necessary kitchen utilities, bathroom is new. Amazing location just minutes away from the city center.
Not having WiFi in 2025 in quite a surprise; IKEA mattresses and cheapest pillows were not comfortable. Strangest check-in experience we ever had - instructions how to get keys, get to the apartment etc. are given by the phone only when you arrive. Some things are just not explained until you specifically ask for it (like how to find parking). The hosts are not really into welcoming communication style. Underground garage is for experienced drivers - we really had some stressful time getting in and out with our slightly bigger than average car.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral, neu renoviert, sauberes Bad, nett eingerichtet
Starker Rauchgeruch über die Lüftung. Direkt über einer Bar gelegen, entsprechender Lautstärkepegel. Leider erhöhte Legionellenwerte ohne entsprechenden Hinweis des Vermieters, daher sollte nicht geduscht werden, was nur zufällig auf einem Aushang im Nachgang bekannt wurde. Das ist so inakzeptabel

Für kurzen Aufenthalt unter der Woche empfehlenswert, wer Ruhe möchte - für Partymäuse auch am WE.
Sehr zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Geschäfte, Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermärkte etc. Auto in Tiefgarage, Vermieter war erreichbar, schnell vor Ort. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Einrichtung sauber und ordentlich, Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Kapselkaffemaschine,Toaster, Wasserkocher etc. Bad schön und sauber, relativ schnell warme Räume.
Die Wohnung lag im 1.Stock mit einer Bar im Keller - die Musik hat sich leider sehr deutlich übertragen so dass es keine normale Nachruhe gab - unter der Woche ist das sicher kein Thema, am Wochenende problematisch. Kochen ging okay, leider ohne Abzug o.ä. so dass sich extrem Feuchtigkeit sammelt.
