Amazing views toward the Jax Beach Pier from this corner end-unit with wrap-around balcony of nearly 40 feet! Lots of afternoon sun on the south-facing balconies (yes both bedrooms have oceanview balconies) ! Ocean views from every room...even the shower!
Remodeled in 2022... two new baths and beautiful new kitchen.
Comfy king-sized bed in Primary bedroom with new private bath with walk-in shower.
2nd bedroom with two (2) twin-XL beds and new bath with tub/shower right outside the bedroom door.
Tile floors throughout the entire condo.

Excellent rental. Beach front with beautiful view. Very clean with no complaints. Furniture was nice and kitchen was newly renovated. Everything worked and couldn’t ask for more. Many extras including detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries, beach equipment, pier pass, and washer dryer. Very nice and highly recommended.

The condo is beautiful with update bathrooms and kitchen. The view of the beach is gorgeous.
