This unit is right on the beach of Tata with amazing views of Tata Island the the wonderful Golden Bay.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and is open plan and fully equipped including the outdoor furniture and Gas BBQ supplied.
Tata Beach offers great swimming at any tide and is well known for its Golden Sands and great water sports that we all love over the summer.
Tata Beach is a 15 minute drive from Takaka township which has many cafe, bars and resturants along with lots of local Art Galleries.

No pets
No parties

Mostly good . Water heat scolding hot. Fridge not sealing . Car park drain not draining (walking in 100mm puddle to get to car )
