About this villa rental
This stylish villa faces out towards the clear, blue, sheltered waters of Golden Bay.
The property:
Five one-bedroom villas spread over 1 Ha of landscaped gardens ensure guest privacy and a peaceful, relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Adrift in Golden Bay is a 5-star luxury accommodation situated on quiet, sandy, private Tukurua beach. It is family-owned and operated so you can be confident of receiving a warm, personal welcome and friendly, kiwi hospitality.
The Villa:
The Garden Villa is approximately 70 metres from the beach. The villa has its own lush lawn and garden. A clear, spring-fed stream trickles next to it and extensive landscaping provides privacy. It is slightly elevated for a view of the sea. The spacious open-plan living room has bi-fold doors that open to join the living area and outdoor deck. The bathroom features a large double hydro-therapy spa (jacuzzi) bath with shower over bath. A large indoor floor area (45 square metres) plus a (20 sq. metre) outdoor deck overlooking the beach and an enclosed courtyard (37 sq. metres) with hooded gas BBQ at the rear. Amenities include a lounge settee, indoor dining furniture, Smart TV, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, gas hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, bathrobes, under-floor heating in bathroom, outdoor dining furniture and the option of a king-size or twin beds

Golden Bay is a destination with lots of activities to experience for people who enjoy the outdoors, arts and crafts or just relaxing. It does take a little more effort to get here and is therefore worthwhile spending a little longer here to enjoy more of what Golden Bay and Adrift have to offer. The most frequent comment from guests at the end of their stay is they wish they had spent longer here!
Peak season (23rd December to 31st March): We start initially with a minimum stay of 4 nights. 2 and 3-night stays will become available to fill gaps in bookings as the season progresses. It is not possible to show all of these options on our website so if you wish to stay for a shorter time and can't make a booking online, please contact us. We can then advise you if and when a shorter booking might be possible. We respond to all enquiries, usually within 12 hours.
Shoulder and low season: 2-night minimum.

The host made us feel so welcome from the start and the property was such a dream. We didn't have the best weather, but our stay was still so magical. It was a place we can't wait to come back to for an extended stay in the future!

Stunning property/ villas beautifully done and the grounds are magical. The view down to the sea and the sound of the waves makes it very relaxing. We did not want to leave! We only ventured out once and that was to have dinner at The Mussel Inn. Gordon was lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Lee and Mark!

Highly recommend. Beautiful setting. Luxury accommodation with attention to detail. Great place for a romantic get away and some serious rest and relaxation. Can't wait to go back again.

An amazing eye for detail is evident in this treasured accommodation! Don't miss out on the local walks regardless of what the weather is like. They're a must then return back to this little sanctuary for a Spa! Magic!
