Amazing place to stay

Everything is wonderful. The apartment is super clean, warm and cozy. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and looked brand new. In the kitchen there is all you need to prepare food. The place is very quiet and we slept really good. We will visit this place again for sure. Thank you for your hospitality.

The apartment is really nice, clean and comfortable, as presented in the pictures. We have stayed as a family, 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment was quite comfortable for our family. The host was very helpful and supportive.

Convenient location with a cosy ambience and a super host

The property was well located and convenient. The host was great at communication and always ready to help us out.

The property could have been better maintained. I know the host is making sure that the people in charge are taking good care of the property but we had to ask them to change our torn towels and then provide us with more toilet paper. these small little things could be improved.

Part of a big resort in Kopaonik. Kind staff, helpful when ever needed. Also keeping in contact with host was easy and prompt. Almost everyone who we had contact speaks some level of english.

The shower needs some improvement :) If you are not careful the whole bathroom gets wet after taking a shower because only a curtain separates the shower "cabin" from the rest of the bathroom.

Reception desk have a very bad attitude, tried to send us into another location without any reason, for a room that we booked on time. at the end they didn't even gave us a payment receipt. the location is far away from the slops and from everywhere. also there is one restaurant in the building and you can smell their frying all over. no elevator.

Great place for a few days of rest

Apartment is nice and modern, warm and with most of the things you would need for your stay. The bathroom was clean. There is a small restaurant, bakery and mini market in the resort. Parking was fine but a little small for so many cars. There is a city ski bus that stops in front of the hotel.

We waited about 3 hours extra from the time we were supposed arrive, to get the apartment cleaned from the previous people, and still the dishes, cups, pans etc. were really dirty with food stains, there were some dirty bottles of drinks in the wardrobes and plenty of dust and junk when we opened up the sofa bed.
