Welcome to the Rossalm Apartment in Alpbach!
The 180-sq.m apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large and enclosed terrace. The sauna is located in the apartment. There are four bedrooms. There is one bedroom with three beds, one with two bunk beds, and two with two beds which are separated with a curtain. Bed linen and towels should be brought by guests.
The apartment has one bathroom with shower and urinal, one WC, and a hair dryer. There is a large storage room for groceries. The apartment's kitchen is comfortable equipped with: Stove with 4-ring hob and an oven, a separate fridge and freezer combination, a microwave, double coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There is a radio with a CD player in the living room. The ski hills are a five-minute drive away. The sun shines all day. Ideal for families. Enjoyment awaits in beautiful Alpbach. The owner lives on the first floor.

Up to 4 people: Summer rate €650/wk, €115/wk for each additional person.
Up to 4 people: Winter rate €720/wk, €130/wk for each additional person.

Week of New Year's: (up to 11 people) €2,700/wk
Shrovetide week: (up to 11 people) €2,300/wk
Includes all additional costs! A tourist tax of €2 per person per day (for guests over 15 years old) and a one-time final cleaning charge of €80 are not included.
During Christmas and New Year's, the property can only be rented out for 14 days.
In high season, we only rent out the apartment on a weekly basis.
There are no partial prices available during Christmas, New Year's, or Shrovetide weeks.
Other Homeaway rentals that we offer are the Bischoferhütte for 2-12 people, and an apartment with a sauna in the Bischofen country house for 2-6 people.
In the nearby Bischofen country house, we have a gym, which guests of the Rossalm apartment can also use. The terrace is enclosed. A playhouse with toys for our small children and a stone barbecue have been newly built. Deck chairs with supports and parasols are available for our guests. All house guests ride for free.
Our guinea pigs, horses, and ponies love children!
Bed linens, bed linen, and towels should be brought by guests.
