About this house rental
Lovely quiet townhouse close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This home offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. There is a patio with table, chairs and a propane grill. There is a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The internet is 400 mbps so staying connected is easy. There is a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights, central A/C for the hot summer days. The urban trail and Buffalo park are a walk away. Sedona is approximately an hour away. Grand Canyon south rim is 79 miles away. Plenty to do in the area, The Nordic village offers plenty of year round adventures, and the Flagstaff extreme park is great for an obstacle course challenge. Two rooms have queen beds, the third room has a set of twin beds.

The place was great for our group of 6. Location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping. Clean and very cutely decorated.

Condo was clean, just the right size, enough bathrooms, lovely patio. Only thing that I was missing was air conditioning, I just didn’t read everything that was offered in description of the property. Nights were a little warm for us, but we managed.

This location is close to downtown on route 66 and close to snowbowl. Quite neighborhood and stocked well.

We were tired upon arrival. Driveway so narrow a bit difficult unloading baggage. I should preface I am in the hospitality industry with very high standards. First I went in to wash my hands in the kitchen and the soap dispenser was "caked" in old smelly soap. First turn off. There was a dog bowl with water in it leading me to believe the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. Next, there was dog food in the freezer and condiments in refrigerator leading me to believe maybe someone lived here full time? Floor is tile and grout and duvets in tile were black. Furniture a little worn and soft
Again I am in the industry with high expectations.
Good points, the house has good air circulation and mattress in bedrooms were comfortable. We could not find parking for my daughter (second car) so that was inconvenient. Cute Halloween decorations. Price was inexpensive but again disappointed in the overall cleanliness.
