Passage Point 422

Spacious, solid, comfortable, quiet, and located a three minute walk to the base of American Eagle lift. Some reviewers complained that the "walls were thin" --- not an issue at all for me. Would definitely stay there again, even though it seems pricey.

I planned to arrive late (10 PM), and the process of getting condo keys and access was VERY DIFFICULT and FRUSTRATING. Directions were very unclear, there was no one around to help me except an 800 number to call, and I was fumbling around on my own in 8 degree temperature and darkness, for an hour, trying to open the drop box to get my keys. Finally got a helpful assist through the 800 number. Convenient parking in a garage beneath the building, but there are warning signs all over the garage telling you to expect to be towed if you don't display a parking permit, yet I was not provided with a parking permit and wasted time and nervous energy after arrival trying to manage that issue.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived. And no locker key. Everything else was amazing.

this place is clean and cozy with a great view and we really loved the hot tubs the most.

I had trouble checking in and the whole times to talk to a representative was crippling.

Passage Point- We were very happy with PP. The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk over to center village for lifts, shopping, dining, and shuttles. The facility had two hot tubs and a heated pool which we used often. Be aware there are no towels at the pool like other properties. There are washer/dryers on the second floor. There is indoor parking. They even have tables in the garage to tune your skis/boards. One thing we noticed is that a lot of people store their ski equipment in their rooms. I looked into the locker room but the lockers required keys which were not provided to us. There is a small gym we didn’t use and a small lounge area on the first floor. Elevators are busy and slow but we heard they are being upgraded soon.

Vacasa- their customer service is non existent. We reached out to them for pots and pans via text and phone. CS said they “put in a ticket”, asked us for a phone number but never responded to our request. There is an office in center village but there was no one there when we went. No towels at the pool. Unit 422- was okay. The kitchen is nice, fridge clean but it was missing pots and pans. We like getting a condo with a kitchen to eat some meals in after skiing, but the lack of pans made it difficult. There are two closets in the unit but no place to store every day clothing. A dresser would have been helpful. We stayed for nine days and had to live out of open suitcases. Not that we have high expectations for a pull out couch but the pull out has seen better days. The couch wasn’t bad but the bed is literally falling apart. There were spring on the floor underneath the bed and the bed is out of whack only closing with a forceful shove. The couch mattress…. You might just want to get an air bed from Walmart in Frisco. The unit had four towels in the bathroom so if you go to the pool you may not have a dry towel to shower with afterward. The pillows are yellow and flat, the unit was dirty, the blankets are ripped. The communication with the owner(?) was not good. We asked questions like, where is the ski storage and got a response days later telling us where to pick up rental equipment.
