About this house rental
20km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 7km, Mustalampi pond 100m, shallow sandy bottom beach, pier. Length of the beach is about 60 m and it's in shared use with 3 other cottages. Rowing boat, 2 canoes and pedal boat in shared use.
Log-panelled cottage, built in 1988, bedroom: double bed and extra bed, living room: convertible bed, sleeping loft (10 m², low room height): 3 mattresses, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. The fireplace shown in the picture will be replaced with a lightweight fireplace in early February 2025.
Air source heat pump with both cooling and heating functions.
Pets allowed at extra fee (price per booking period).

ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2025-11-29 - 2026-12-18)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2025-11-29 - 2026-12-18)
