L'espace, la décoration et les très nombreux équipements de l'appartement, dont le lave linge.
La qualité de la literie.
Nous avions aussi apprécié les petites attentions (bouteilles d'eau, bouteille de vins, fruits ...).
La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.
Le parking est gratuit.

Clean and within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.
There was no air-conditioning or swimming pool.
Balcony wall height would not have been passed here. Very low and certainly dangerous for adults as well as children.
Sun chairs/loungers were not secure as one collapsed on my brother-in-law and the person looking after the apartment was going to hold back some of my deposit. My brother-in-law could have been badly hurt yet I was going to lose money over a chair that should never have been there to begin with. Check out time was 11 o'clock but the cleaners arrived at 10 o'clock.

The property was exactly as it states …”A Luxury Penthouse Apartment “ offering a quality home from home experience.
As a construction/engineering professional I am always conscious of my surroundings & whatever properties I may visit & I believe in constructive criticism as a source of information to improve upon….On this occasion I was disappointed to note 2 items…..1)The too low perimeter rail & walls on the surrounding balconies & rooftop which is a result of typical poor mainland European building regulations,this rail/wall should ALWAYS be at minimum 1.2/Mtrs high regardless of regulations….2)The exterior balcony design of the building allows the penthouse occupants to look directly down on the level below occupants exterior open plan area (even while they are socialising etc) & on this occasion the level below the penthouse had a dog which continuously barked & growled “everytime” it saw a person on the penthouse apartment balcony above……Result:…One tended to avoid using the exterior balconies as it annoyed the dog & intruded on the below residents privacy.
