With about 80 square meters distributed in two bedrooms (1 room with double bed 1.89 m wide & 1 room with double bed 1.60 m wide and 1.90 m ceiling height) 1 bathroom with tub, an open living and dining area with fireplace and a sofa bed ( 1.40m wide) and a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults and 2 children. 2 terraces invite you to linger. Facilities include a garage parking space and a washing machine. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and skiing, depending on the season. Bathing lakes, golf courses and various sights, such as the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle, are also nearby. The apartment is especially suitable for families and couples.
