Enjoy unobstructed ocean and beach views from your 2nd floor balcony in a small, 6 unit complex situated in a quiet, private setting on the southern end of beautiful Cocoa Beach. You are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but light years away in terms of peace and quiet & in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it is an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida Attractions.
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full size bed. Both bedrooms have TV s. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit free of charge. Full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Large sectional sofa with recliners in the living room. The balcony faces the ocean and spans from the living room to the master bedroom.

This is a nice property right on the beach. Beautiful views, not too far from town or too close! A great place to relax, enjoy, and unwind. We had to reach out to the property manager just once during check in for a quick question, and she replied immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised. It is a second story unit and all the neighbors were very delightful. I was worried about neighbor noise and the stay was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies.
We were lucky enough to watch a SpaceX liftoff at night - AMAZING!
Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided were nice. I would return.
