This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property sits on an acre of land on Lake Champlain in New York near Plattsburgh. Large front and back yards with 150 feet of private beach across the road with a private beach cabin. This 2000 sq foot house sleeps up to nine people and is perfect for family getaways. Kayacks, paddle boards and a canoe included. Outdoor fire pit and a large front deck to take in the wonderful views of Vermont, the lake and the Green Mountains. TV, Wifi and Netflix provided. Close to Ausable Chasm, Plattsburgh, right inside the Adirondack Park. Three golf courses nearby. Public beaches nearby.

Gorgeous house! The lake access with the covered area was so beautiful!! Family friendly, and a quick drive to Plattsburgh. We will be back!!

Our group had a truly amazing vacation in this beautiful home. We were a total of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The house was beautifully appointed and very clean. Beds were great. The kitchen area is amazing, the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Views of Lake Champlain are abundantly visible. The private beach and hut are awesome and took things to the next level, we spent a lot of hours there. The kayaks and paddle boards provided are very good quality. The lake itself is spectacular. You could spend hours sitting on the front porch just looking at the lake with Vermont’s green mountains in the distance. The host was very responsive and provided accurate information. Given the times we live in, this is a beautiful place to social distance and have a wonderful time doing it!
