The entrance area of this apartment is equipped with a cloakroom and storage room. The spacious living-dining area with sofa, armchair, flat TV. Radio and complete high quality kitchen unit such as dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more. won't let you miss anything.
The bedroom has a box spring bed for a good night's sleep and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, vanity and cosmetic mirror. From the furnished balcony you have a breathtaking view of the city harbor and the old town of Waren.
For your bike tours there is a bike cellar for a maximum of 3 bikes, which you share with the other apartment. In addition, bike racks are available on the enclosed area with the associated car parking lot.
If you are planning a longer stay, we offer a laundry service. Of course, you can also book an intermediate cleaning, additional towels and bed linen change.
For our guests with disabilities who need support, we have a care service and day care available on site. Depending on the level of care, this service can be billed directly to the health insurance company.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Insgesamt Lage und Umgebung sehr schön. Direkt am Hafen. Viele Restaurants und Cafes , trotzdem abends ruhig.
Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Leider gab es Probleme bei der Übernahme der Ferienwohnung. Die Kontaktdaten in den Infos des Vermitlers FeWo-direkt waren unvollständig bezüglich der Kontaktdaten des Vermieters,
