Welcome to your apartment!
No matter whether you are traveling on business or privately ............ you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The 67sqm apartment on the high floor (5 steps) with balcony has 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms are connected by a large wooden sliding door and each have a sofa bed next to the dining table or TV flat screen, which is also sufficient for 2 people. The 3rd Room is a pure bedroom with 2 single beds. Thus, the apartment offers space for up to 6 people in 3 rooms. Whether after a working day or a full day of vacation, you can relax here. You have the choice of cooking yourself in the fully equipped kitchen or dining in one of the restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is located on a side street in the Kalkhügel district and is both quiet and close to the center. There are enough parking spaces available. Supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance. Just as close is a forest area that invites you to go for a walk or jog.
4 bicycles are available free of charge during your stay. So you can both reach the beautiful old town of Osnabrück with many restaurants, pubs and bars in a very short time as well as explore the scenic surroundings.

No brainer why kite boarding center!wow!Anyway the casita is great!!Alejandro was helpful but we didnt need him after he told us it was ok to plug in pump.Area is getting very developed because it is nice.Hot springs on edge of Sea was really fun.Steve was very easy and pleasant to deal with.Would definetly come back if was into water sports powered by wind. Clean and well equiped.GREAT PRICE FOR THE PLACE!!

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und super ausgestattet für einen Ferienaufenthalt, so dass man nicht jede Kleinigkeit, wie Küchenpapier, Backpapier etc, von zu Hause mitnehmen muss.
Sehr sympatischer Vermieter, ruhige Lage, gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt und mit dem Auto ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Auch zu fünft mit 3 Erwachsenen nicht zu eng. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, dass es uns allen eine wahre Freude war darin zu übernachten. Thorsten hat wirklich an alles, an jede Kleinigkeit (Tee, Kaffee, Backpapier, etc.) gedacht. Er stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung und die Kommunikation war nett und problemlos. Wir empfehlen eine Übernachtung hier uneingeschränkt!
