Location and price is good.

There was no one at reception desk (except check in time 4 pm) and kitchen is inside living area (near beds) so you can smell the food while sleeping :(

The owners were very friendly, I actually didn't know they were the owners until I saw them cleaning and asked. It's a good base for getting around Tokyo whether you're going far or staying close, a lot of local, affordable food options and beautiful night views if you're into photography. I met a few people I linked with and had the chance to go out and explore, it was awesome!

There wasn't much that I didn't like, this is a sorta capsule hotel(had a pull curtain for privacy), I didn't choose my bed, just kinda got assigned to it, but I was on top and had to sort of swing out each morning. I had no issue but just adding here just in case someone else might.

Great value and location, check in was autoanteed and so easy. Cold water machine was very, very welcome in the heat wave. Clean bathrooms.

The common area is extremely close to the bunks, which means any noise at all was very easily heard. There was a very rude patron there who would would wake up at midnight every day and be loud all night, ignoring polite requests until he was yelled at. Though the property tried to help, there was no staff on site to enforce their requests and he continued the behavior, making sleeping impossible.
