Madu Tiga Beach and Resort

The type of accomodation being huts . So you could just walk out on your verandah and sit and relax or walk straight out to the beach

I was hoping to ride bikes but none of the bikes were in any condition to use . As you are so far away from anything here bikes would have been good .

Very friendly staff who helped with everything and were always smiling. The resort was very clean.

There were a lot of flies/mosquitoes, but the resort really does try to set up as many fly traps as possible. There is also a lot of noise from the beach to the right and also from events that they host sometimes.

More variety of food

The employees were very kind as you often find with Indonesian hospitality. Beds were quite comfortable, but needed newer linens and pillows. The place has the potential to be a lot better, but needs to be fixed up. It is fine if you really want to feel like you are vacationing like a local. We were expecting it to be simple, but not so shabby, especially for what we paid.

They advertised having a bar but only served beer. Breakfast was repetitive and not all food was at good temperatures. Many things were not covered and flies were bothersome. "Juice" was really bad and there was hardly any fresh fruit, or only one type. It was nice to have eggs made fresh to order. They need to reduce single use plastics. They taped straws to the plastic water bottles!!! Dinner service was very slow and many non-guests taking up space in restaurant and surrounding areas and left loads of litter everywhere most of the day and night. Beach very littered and no warning when we booked it was off-season and we could hardly go in the water, no snorkeling and none of the water activities advertised were available. Our children were very disappointed. Our rooms also had broken and sharp edges door handles and damaged or missing hooks. Did not like having shower and toilet together with no barriers.Kids loved the bubbles in the pool but they never got to do the inflatable activity and the water got very gross after several days of bubbles.
