THE THREE-ROOM APARTMENT
The apartment is about 57 square meters and is a very nice and large three-room apartment for 2 to 6 people. The app. has 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, 1 living room with 2 sofa beds for 1 person, dining table, TV-SAT, safe box, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchenette with a large fridge with freezer compartment. In addition there is of course the bathroom with shower / toilet - everything is very well maintained. Outside there is a spacious and covered terrace with a view of the lake, with a table and comfortable chairs.
The quality of your stay is guaranteed by comfortable accommodation and a wonderful location of the villa.
The Villa Sopri (it belongs to Fam. Roberto Zeni and directly led) is a small apartment house in a completely renovated building from the 19th Century. In a quiet location, with a direct view of the beautiful Gulf of Malcesine, the villa is only a 10-minute walk (along the beautiful and quiet lake promenade) from the town center.
The house (7 units in total) is romantically located in a beautiful, centuries-old park with cypresses, cedars and conifers, all very well maintained and personally looked after by the owner and has a swimming pool with whirlpool (underwater massage), sauna, fitness room and table tennis.
A washing machine is available to the house guests at no extra cost.
Are you driving by car? Are bicycles and inflatables included? No problem, our villa also has parking for cars and storage room for mountain bikes and inflatables!
Are you coming by plane? We offer 'LOW COST TRANSFER' for Verona, Brescia or Bergamo airport!
A supermarket (with fresh bread), as well as tobacco products and German newspapers are about 400 meters away from us and can be comfortably reached on foot along the lake promenade.
