The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beautiful newly designed promenade and the pier of Niendorf are also just 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 5 guests. The apartment is decorated in a maisonette style. In the lower area there is the first bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large wardrobe with lots of storage space. Furthermore, here is the spacious living area with an open kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony with seating and an electric awning. A staircase leads to the second light-flooded level with three additional sleeping options. Two comfortable single beds and a sofa bed serve as sleeping accommodation. Here too you can enjoy a beautiful sea view through the Velux windows. There is also a desk and a spacious wardrobe. The upper level is separated from the lower level by a glass door.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 large LED TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. 1 further LED TV is in the upper living area. W-Lan access and a stereo system with iPod connection are also part of the entertainment.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Schön hell und modern eingerichtet, sehr nahe am Meer und auch Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, modern, hell, freundlich, alles vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Tiefgaragenstellplatz für die meisten Autos zu klein ist und man in der Straße nicht parken darf.

Die Wohnung liegt super strandnah und ist schön eingerichtet. Leider haben wir über 100 Euro für eine Reinigung gezahlt, von welcher man nichts gesehen hat, außer, dass der Esstisch abgewischt war (Staub überall, im Bad alle Glasböden und die Lampe sehr fleckig, teils flogen Staubmäuse am Boden und unter dem Bett usw.) und leider ging der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig, weshalb wir mit der Hand größtenteils nachspülen mussten. Außerdem sind 22 Euro für Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch sehr überteuert. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthelt vor Ort.
