The ground floor apartment Bergkristall has 58sqm, is at ground level with a carport parking and private entrance.
A sunny terrace runs in front of this bright apartment.
The spacious entrance area with bench, wardrobe and small walk-in closet is the first impression of this beautiful apartment.
1 bedroom with wooden floor, double bed, cupboard, make-up tables, TV and window, 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, many shelves and windows, 1 separate toilet with window, 1 open kitchen equipped with every comfort and for up to 8 people belongs also to this apartment.
The dining area consists of a corner seat with 2 benches, from this one has a magnificent mountain view to Grossglockner massif.
The comfortable living area consists of a sofa bed which can sleep another 2 guests.
Through a flexible screen you can separate this.
A fireplace, satellite / TV, radio, board games, etc. are also provided by Apartment Bergkristall.
