Our 5 apartments (60 to 100 square meters) in an idyllic and sunny location (a 5-minute drive from the town center and the mountain railways) embody the alpine lifestyle; they have been newly renovated and furnished with natural fabrics and materials from the region. We provide table linens, bed linens, and hand and sauna towels for you. Upon request, we offer a generous breakfast buffet in our Briccius-Stube.
Our alpine sauna, made of reclaimed wood, is a special experience that will delight you.

All apartments have been lovingly renovated and furnished with natural materials and fabrics from the region.
We provide towels, table linens, bed linens, and sauna towels for your use.

Our alpine sauna is a truly unique experience that will delight you.
We have a beautiful garden with a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and playground equipment for the children.

Upon request, we offer a generous breakfast buffet in our Briccius-Stube.

We’re happy to provide a crib for your little ones.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and in our Briccius-Stube.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for your use.
There is a free parking spot for your car right next to the building.

On-site amenities: We’re happy to provide a crib for your little ones. Heated outdoor area with boot dryer and ski rack. The cross-country ski trail is right next to the house.The ski bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the house, and the free shuttle bus will take you to the gondola’s valley station and the center of Heiligenblut in 5 minutes.There is a free parking spot for your car right next to the house. If snow conditions are good and you have sufficient skill, you can ski down the natural snow slope all the way to the house.
