About this house rental
The Casa Alice is a pretty terraced house in a small housing estate, which is located between the districts of Lemprato and Crone. It is quietly off the main roads in a dead end. The house can be reached in about 2 minutes via a small meadow path to the lake. The Casa Alice is located about 10 minutes walk from the public beach of the district Lemprato with children's playground, bar / cafe and pizzeria. Walk in the other direction for 10 minutes, you get to Crone, a typical small village with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, gelateria, and a children's playground and public beach. There is also a nice weekly market on Wednesdays.
The house is divided into 2 floors and has 65 m². The ground floor is a large room where the kitchen with dining area and the living area are located. This area is generous and has the right space for a family holiday. The living area adjoins the terrace with the small garden. The terrace invites you to relax, sun loungers are available and also a barbecue. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both bedrooms are adjoined by a balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the mountains. One bedroom can accommodate a baby cot. The upper floor is completed by the comfortable bathroom with shower.
A washing machine is in the kitchen.
A garage for bicycles or motorbikes is available.

Very nice hosts who were helpful and responsive to questions. Cozy and well-equipped apartment in a good location, suitable for families. The small garden with patio and grill was a great addition.
