The Casa Vittoria is a two-house site in the middle of the village of Lemprato and is located on the small access road to the village. There is a large garden behind the houses, which offers plenty of space to play or relax. From the apartment you have direct access to the garden. The house is about 2 minutes away from the public beach in the Lemprato district with a children's playground, bar / cafe and pizzeria. All of this can be achieved without having to walk along the street. There are no shops, another restaurant and a bakery in 100-150m distance.
The apartment is on the upper floor and is nicely designed due to the division into half floors. The living room is very spacious and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and has a large dining area. From here you also get to the balcony, from which you have a view of the lake. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (space for a cot), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 room with a single bed. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a washing machine. In the large garden planted with fruit trees you will find a table with garden chairs, deck chairs, parasol and a grill. A covered parking space is also available.
