Located on the corner at 611 Morgantown Boulevard this peaceful and cozy beach cottage is literally just steps away from the Beach Access Boardwalk and the soft, white sand. Perfect for couples, small families, or group getaways. The home has free high-speed WIFI, cable TVs, and land-based telephone for local or emergency calls if needed. Looking to work and play? There are several great spots for working in the house with ample electrical sockets and USB ports to connect your laptop and phone. Sit at the kitchen table or grab a stool at the breakfast bar for great views while you work! There is also an electrical plug on the first floor screened deck if you need to work while enjoying the views outside. The Living Room has comfy seating, a wall-mounted Smart HDTV, a DVD player, and a stereo. Bring your own gaming system and games to plug into the TV. There is also a chest with board games, puzzles, and books for rainy days. The house has two bedrooms. The first-floor main bedroom includes a king-size bed, bedside lamps with USB ports and electrical plugs, a wall-mounted Smart HDTV, laundry area, full bathroom with tub/shower, and walk-in closet. The second-floor bedroom includes a king-size bed with a twin-size daybed and trundle, wall-mounted Smart HDTV, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and access to the second floor deck. Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin inflatable mattress and the downstairs sofa, if needed.
Serenity Sands provides great views with two decks. Enjoy fabulous sunrise and sunset views from the screened-in deck on the main level or from the covered upper deck. Both have comfy seating for guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with USB ports and electrical plugs. Kitchen amenities include a microwave oven, blender, toaster, griddle, a Cuisinart coffeemaker, and Keurig coffee machine. A full-sized washer and dryer are available, as well as a charcoal grill and picnic table. Beach/pool toys, chairs, beach cart as well as other games (like corn hole toss, badminton, and frisbee) are available to keep both the kids and adults entertained.
The quaint community of Morgantown in Fort Morgan is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful vacation. There are two community swimming pools; one is fully renovated, heated in winter, and only steps away and the other is a short walk up the street. Tennis anyone? Two lighted courts are available, so bring your own rackets and tennis balls. A basketball goal is located on the courts, too. Love traveling with your dog? Leashed dogs are allowed on the beaches in Fort Morgan! We accept up to 2 dogs per stay.
There are several restaurants nearby in Fort Morgan: Jesse's on the Bay, Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill, Sassy Bass Chophouse, and Tacky Jack's. Kiva Dunes, The Peninsula, and The Beach Club also have restaurants open to the public. Need to pick up a few grocery items? Sassy Bass Marketplace and a Dollar General are nearby. You can also stock up on groceries for your trip on the drive in. Publix, Rouses, and Walmart are all conveniently located on Hwy 59.
Activities like golf, off-shore and on-shore fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking are located nearby. Make sure you visit the historic Fort Morgan site or take the ferry to Dauphin Island for the day. Looking for more to do? It's just a short drive to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores State Park, Gulf Shores Zoo, Tanger Outlet Mall, The Wharf, and OWA (an amusement park and family entertainment destination in Foley), where you can shop, dine and play. Waterville (a family-friendly waterpark), The Track (an outdoor amusement park), putt-putt courses, The Gulf Bowl (bowling lanes), and Adventure Island (an amusement park in Orange Beach) are great options for things to do, too!

The Serenity Sands Beach House was everything we could have asked for. We LOVED that it is pet friendly and so is the neighborhood its in. They had pet clean up bag stations throughout to help keep the area clean. We also loved how the house was the perfect distance to the beach and you get a beautiful view from the porches. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect, the home has everything needed for your stay including dog bowls for your fur babies.Kitchen had everything to cook with very well stocked, the home was super clean, direct access to beach right across the street, shaded parking for your vehicle, two porches, one screened.Pool one house away, which was never crowded, shaded areas for those that want it ideal for families especially with families with smaller ones.Dog friendly neighborhood.Only drawback to staying at this beautiful home is you’ll wish you booked a longer stay.Also it’s decorated so cute, you’ll want to go home and redecorate your home.Beach was fantastic and owners provide everything needed for the beach plus a cart to haul it in.You’ll only need sunblock, and a cool drink.I’m not even home and trying to figure out when I can go back.Your only regret will be you didn’t book long enough.The owners are ever nice and even texted me inquiring if I needed anything during our stay.This is a quiet family area, so bring the pets and the kids plus their bikes, they’ll love it.Safe secure area, with nothing but friendly people to be prepared to wave back at everyone there.Also bring a camera, you’ll want pics of the area, it’s just too cute.

The house is beautiful! We had an amazing time. We arrived early and were able to get in the house before regular check in. That was greatly appreciated. Pet friendly home that our dogs enjoyed. Great beach access. Thank you very much!

This is the second time we have stayed here and already booked again for next year! The house and owners are truly amazing! They think of everything a family could need to have a wonderful vacation. The check in process is a breeze and we appreciate the great communication. The place has been spotless both times we visited. We greatly appreciate their standards for having a clean home. It’s our favorite place! Thank you Debbie and Doug!
