Public parking. Grocery 300 m, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 300 m. Golf course 17 km, tennis 300 m, minigolf 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Parco San Grato Carona 2 km, Swissminiatur Melide, Chocolat Alprose Caslano 17 km, Chiesa Santa Maria, Morcote, Castello Gianini. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Monte San Salvatore, Monte Bré 15 km, Tamaro-und Splash+Spa, Rivera.
