Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem Appartement verbracht.... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.... Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb aber zum Bus oder zur U Bahn ist es fußläufig gut erreichbar selbst mit Kindern....Wir können es nur empfehlen....

Objektiv war in Ordnung, gute Ausstattung, vermisste lediglich einen Eierkocher.
Die Wohnung ist im Untergeschoss, deshalb recht dunkel, Licht musste ständig brennen.
Im Schlafzimmer roch es zeitweise sehr nach Urin, wie in so einer Pinkelecke am Hauptbahnhof. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geflüchtet. Ich sprach den Vermieter darauf an, er konnte dazu nichts sagen, Problem war ihm angeblich nicht bekannt. Die Ursache muss unbedingt gefunden werden. Was uns stutzig machte, dass ein Duftstein auf dem Schlafzimmerschrank stand!
Ansonsten nette Vermieter.
