Apartment Barata is located right in the center of Armação de Pera, on the 2nd floor. Floor. The large balcony overlooks the pool.
It is just a 5-minute walk to the beach promenade and the most beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera. From the Apartment Barata you have a few meters to the fish, vegetable and fruit market and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped.
Like all our flats, it has fast fibre optic internet and satellite TV (with all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in original English).
The pool is expected to be closed until the end of July 2026 due to renovation work.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks. I was quite adequate and met all our needs and expectations. However some of the furniture (ie sofas and dining chairs) are worn and could be replaced.

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a lovely weeks holiday at Karins apartment. Karin was very good wth all communication before and during our stay. The apartment was well fitted and close to some great restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the sea. Very clean pool and surrounding area.
