Rustic country house "El Torrero", 2 storeys. In the district of Alborada, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 5 km from the sea. Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool with privacy (7 x 14 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Härligt hus m enorm tomt för barn att rusa runt på. Har allt (utom varmvatten första dagarna)! Märkligt dock med trädgårdspersonal som släppte in sig själva o inte ens presenterade sig...
