In summer and winter the paths are directly accessible from the house. The modern and bright apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be reached from the pedestrian entrance by going down one floor. It consists of four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a French bed, and two with two single beds each.
The property has two bathrooms: the first with a double sink, toilet, and bathtub; the second with a shower box, single sink, and toilet. There is also a TV room with a three-seater sofa.
The living room with an open-plan kitchen creates a particularly welcoming environment. The terrace, which extends along the living room and TV room, offers an unparalleled view of the mountains of the beautiful Engadine.
