About this house rental
Here you will occupy a beautiful semi-detached house with shared pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in Caprino Veronese, just 7 km from the shores of Lake Garda. This is an ideal place to relax. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor: spacious living area with a sofa and TV, kitchen with all appliances and dining table, a bathroom with shower stall and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a second bathroom with bath. The garden is very large and surrounds the whole house and offers a covered equipped area, barbecue and pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Reserved parking space directly in front of the building. The characteristic landscape of the place is the perfect setting for a nice vacation. At 1 km there are various commercial activities with typical products of the area. At 20 km there is one of the most famous amusement parks in Europe. See also IVG436.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Doppelhaus, was aus dem Inserat nicht klar hervorgeht. Jedoch hat man sehr viel Platz, um seine Privatsphäre zu genießen. Jede Hausseite verfügt über eine eigene große, überdachte Terrasse. Dies ist auf den Bildern nicht erkennbar, da diese offenbar nicht aktuell sind. Die Terrassen befinden sich jeweils auf den Giebelseiten des Gebäudes. Der Pool ist absolut toll und groß genug zum Schwimmen und der einzige Berührungspunkt der beiden Wohneinheiten. Es sind ausreichen Poolliegen vorhanden.
Für 6 Personen optimal, da 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind.
Das Objekt liegt am Ortsrand an einer sehr steilen Zuwegung. Daher also sehr ruhig (bis auf zeitweises Hundegebell). Zu Fuß ist die Umgebung nicht so atraktiv. Man ist immer mit dem Auto unterwegs. Nur ein hervorragendes Restaurant ist in ca. 5-10 Gehminuten in der gleichen Siedlung ein gutes Ziel.
