Hinte has a bakery and a pizzeria, you good reach from the apartment on foot. A large supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and a gas station are in place.

The bedroom has a large double bed (200cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe. From here you have access to almost secluded garden with a large terrace. If necessary, in the bedroom, a cot to be delivered.
The large living room can be found next to a cozy sofa and a separate sofa bed. Here you can sleep on a sleeping surface of 140cm x 200cm if required two additional guests. Two large windows allow you to enjoy the quiet garden from the inside.
In the large kitchen is ample room for a leisurely breakfast, enjoy cooking or just a delicious Ostfriesentee.
The renovated wellness bathroom is small but nice. It features a spa bath, in the shower or you can also relax in the hot tub.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Outside the door is a large-scale playground. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. Within a few minutes' walk from the expanses of East Friesland, which invite to go for long bike rides and walks in the fresh sea air. For your bikes we offer a lockable garaging.
Directly in front of the house there are plenty of parking. Your bikes can be stored in the garage if required.

Wir bewohnten die Ferienwohnung für ein Wochenende. Die Wohnung und auch die Gegend sind sehr schön!
Die Wohnung war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr gebossen :-)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, mit kleinem Garten und guter Lage.
Wir hatten ein kleines Boot mit und konnten dieses in nahegelegenem
Hafen (im gleichen Ort) zu Wasser lassen und ein paar schöne Runden drehen.
Nach Emden in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit.
Besonders nett war eine vorbereitete Kleinigkeit für den Hund (Leckerlies standen bereit).
Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden sie ggf. wieder anmieten.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 4 Tage gemietet.
Die Einrichtung ist modern, gemütlich und vollständig, wenn man von fehlenden Eierbechern absieht :-).
Besonders gefreut hat uns die bereitgestellte Futterschale mit Leckerchen fur unseren vierbeinigen Begleiter. Auch der eingezäunte Garten war für uns mit Hund von Vorteil.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen war die nicht funktionierende Heizung bei Regen und 15° Außentemperatur. Dafür hat die tolle Sprudelwanne aber einen tollen Ersatz gebildet.
Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt und wünschen weiterhin viele nette Gäste.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben im Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung, etc.
Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden.
Für den täglichen Gebrauch war alles vorhanden, uns fehlte lediglich ein Toaster.
Der kleine Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und somit ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund.
Wenn die darüber gelegene Wohnung im 1. Stock ebenfalls belegt ist, ist es durch den Holzfußboden der oberen Wohnung etwas hellhörig.
In der Umgebung gibt es einige schöne Ausflugsziele wie z.B. den hübschen Küstenort Greetsiel, den wir sogar mehrfach besucht haben.
Wer ein Liebhaber von leckerem, hausgemachten Kuchen und Kaffee, Tee oder heißer Schokolade ist, wird in der alten Pastorei in Manslagt sicher etwas finden.
Wir haben dieses Feriendomizil bereits Freunden mit Hund weiterempfohlen.
