This ground floor apartment is nestled under oaks on a cobblestone street in downtown Winter Park. There are only 3 units on property, which helps encourage a quiet, serene atmosphere. When you are ready to explore, Park Ave is one block away and visible from your front door. Shops, Bars and restaurants are all within a 3 minute stroll. Golf, the Saturday morning Farmers Market, Rollins College and the Scenic Boat tour are all within a fifteen minute walk. The Theme Parks and Beaches are also easily accessible via the interstates.

This property is very comfortable and is just like it is in the listing. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. Beds were comfortable and just a great space. It is only a block away from Park Avenue and very convenient for walking to shops and dining. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Would stay here again!

I enjoyed a wonderful four weeks at Michael's place. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and the entire unit was exceptionally clean. The proximity to Park Ave can't be beat. A beautiful area!
