About this apartment rental
Large, cozy, modern furnished attic apartment in the Eckersmühlen district of Roth in the Franconian Lake District.
From here it is only 3 km to Rothsee and 5 km to Roth and Hilpoltstein. The perfect starting point for bike tours on the Main-Danube Canal, Rothsee or on longer tours to Brombach and Altmühlsee. In addition to the swimming facilities, the Rothsee also offers a mini golf course, a bicycle / rickshaw rental, as well as a SUP (StandUp Paddeling) and pedal boat rental. Our guests often also visit the Playmobilland in Zirndorf. Here, too, young and old will get their money's worth.
Our apartment offers space for 2-6 people and has two bedrooms, bathroom (tub, shower, toilet), separate toilet, kitchen, large living / dining area with additional sleeping facilities and a large balcony. Shops such as supermarket, butcher and bakery are also on site.

Thank you for a beautiful stay! The accommodations were perfect! It’s only a 15 minute walk to the train station, grocery store and local restaurants. Everything was perfect!!

We had an incredible stay on this property. The owners are so nice and very helpful. Andreas is a great host and even went and picked up my sisters who were stuck on the first day. I highly recommend a stay here!

This unit was a perfect space for our family of 4 during our visit. It is very clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. It has a ton of natural light, ample storage for clothes and very comfortable beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
