Тихо, спокійно , багато зелені поряд , закритий двір під охороною , трамвайна зупинка поряд , зручна велика квартира з терасою де можна ввечері випити кави
Не працював мобільний зв’язок та не дуже швидкий інтернет, дуже маленьке місце на нижньому паркінгу , моя машина не помістилася ( Тойота chr) , але є можливість поставити на гостьовому паркінгу

Mieszkanie w bloku, czyste, urządzone w prostym i schludnym standardzie ,dobrze wyposażone i wystarczająco przestronne jak na kawalerkę. Jest wszystko, co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Duży plus za Smart TV. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo szybki i konkretny, co ułatwia komunikację. Lokalizacja wygodna, a standard obiektu zgodny z tym, co obiecuje oferta.
Największym problemem jest miejsce parkingowe — bardzo wąskie, z obu stron ograniczone ścianami. Dla większego auta staje się praktycznie bezużyteczne, a znalezienie darmowego miejsca na ulicy może oznaczać kilkaset metrów spaceru (u mnie ~450 m). Dodatkowo parter oznacza brak prywatności — ruch pod oknem jest stały i każdy może zajrzeć do środka. Cienkie ściany sprawiają, że słychać wejścia i wyjścia sąsiadów bo drzwi wejściowe są przy samym wejściu do klatki.

> Very comfortable and modern appartment, well equiped (with laundry machine), goed shower
> Parking at the appartment complex, good price
> Good location,, 20 minutes by tram (nr. 3 or 13) to city center, tram stop in front of the parking area
> no blackout curtains, so light enters the appartment in the morning (we are used to sleep in the darkness)
> 1st appartment on groundfloor next to the building entrance, you can hear people walking (light sleepers may wake up early)
