My partner and I loved this villa accommodation.
Very nice quiet villa and exactly how it looks in pictures, if not, better!
They have onsite restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner snacks.
Onsite spa room for massages and lovely staff.
They communicated well via WhatsApp for the duration of our stay if we needed anything.
Would love to stay here again on next trip.
Also amazing view of the Wisnu Statue and super close to GWK Cultural Park. Definitely worth the visit.
Some parts of the rooftop area where loose and made it feel unsafe to walk on, However they did have signs to say “slippery” indicating to take some care in that area.

Has so much potential
The villa itself is nice. Really nicely presented and reasonably clean. The villa was in a lot better condition than the shared pool and decking area. All of the staff we met were sooo lovely and made us feel so welcome.
The resort itself is very hard to find with all our taxi drivers struggling to find it. It’s out of the way of any shops and no little shop on site.
It’s a shame because it has potential to be such a beautiful hotel, in a lovely remote location. The decking area beside the communal pool is VERY unsafe with all the floorboard being loose. The swimming pool looked pretty dirty (green) so popped up to see the views and quickly retreated back to our villa. Breakfast is pretty basic.

Not worth the money
I liked the pool & the bedroom was quite homely.
The building was damaged with a lot of maintenance being down which was quite dangerous for guest. The kitchen wasn’t open for guest for 2 days and guest were not compensated at all and were still charged for things that I believed should have been free for the inconvenience and lack resources / facilities. We wasn’t able to use card to pay which was also inconvenient. The property was also in an awkward location that was hard for taxi drivers to get to & from.

Nice villa, nice view on the rofftop, staff so great. Very relaxing and quiet place. Food in the restaurant also great with a reasonable price.

Absolutely poor location. Booked this hotel for an event in GWK. Thought it was walking distance since it was very close. But it was the matter of so far but yet so close. Accessible only by bike, cars very rarely passes here due to the roads. No way you will be able to walk since its too steep and pitch black at night.
Cleanliness of the linens and the towels are disgusting. Yellow stains on linens, towels colour fading away. And this is with regular/daily housekeeping. Amazing that the housekeeping staff sees these, hands over new towels everyday and yet all of them are stained.
Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, however neither worked since payment wasnt completed by the owners/management. Hence the TV became useless.
Breakfast options were very very limited, only a-la-carte which needs to be chosen the day before. No buffet option.
Private pool without any stairs, hence it becomes difficult to enter and exit the pool. How is this not thought about by a hotel is beyond me.
No extra socket in the room for charger, I dont understand how this is never thought about by a hotel as well.

just amazing, perfect stay
it is sooooo nice villas! i felt in love with! i stayed in all bali island in maybe 15 hotels. this villa is SO QUIET! and team is always with you, so helpful, kind, and nice, on ANY of even my strange questions and services. i mean even i ask to make air conditioner less noisy - they do! all inside villa was very comfortable to use, all is near, and lot of different nice light, what is important for me after calm, is to have light to work. and they did somehow the glass walls upstairs that it is very very few insects than on other villas. so it was really a pleasure! more than what I expected!
the only whats not perfect- is road to villa. but it is Bali, and I understand why it is like this. and i like to drive bike a bit rudely so for me was no problem

The apartment
Lack of menus options. Long way from any shop. Had to take taxi everywhere. Water intermittent 2 days. Intercom Brock down never got fixed. The sharp edges of the tiles, I finished up with 5 stitches.House cleaning was very bad, had to ask for them for it to be cleaned early evening. Bedding on first day was snow white there after was older and stained.Quite a nightmare of a place. Stay away! Better places to have rested. The approach road was full of bad deep pot holes some taxi's refused to take us as the vehicles bottomed out on the holes. Can't imagine why one would spend the money building such a place there without proper access.WOULD NOT Recommend !!

Overall, very lovely hosts and a nice place to stay for a flight transit, but the villas need work.
The hosts were very lovely and accommodating and even came and let us know we should leave early to get to the airport on time due to a big ceremony and traffic delays. Their driver was very helpful and on hand. The villa was nice and the bed and bedroom was very comfortable.
We stayed here for the afternoon/evening to transit to the airport from ubud as we wanted a place to chill out and to relax, swim, eat and shower during our 8 hour wait for our flight and be close to the airport, so it seemed a fair price and close enough (advertised as 7-9kms) to do this. The actual distance however seemed much further than this to get to the airport, and took about 30-40mins. However, although the small villas are nice with a modern compact style, unfortunately, there were a few things that made our stay less than great. The Villas look quite tired and are very small, and unfortunately, ours (particularly the shower glass and bathroom and outdoor seating) was very dirty looking and not very clean. There was no phone in the villa, so we had to walk to reception if we needed anything. The toasted sandwich was good, but the menu was extremely limited and basic. The location, although very quiet, is quite out of the way, and our taxi driver had to stop multiple times to ask people directions where it was on dirt tracks and was a nightmare to get to it the way we came. Most of all, the plunge pool, although clean and great for a dip, had no steps or ladder to get in and out of it, so unless you are nimble, getting out can be challenging. Therefore, I wouldn't particularly recommend these villas for a long stay without some improvements as there are better options. Bear in mind though, Bali is still recovering from the pandemic and it may take a while to get the money flowing again to work on things. I would strongly recommend the owners put a phone in the villa, a ladder or steps in the pool, ensure staff are cleaning the showers etc. properly and ideally add a few more meal options to the menu, which would greatly uplift and improve the enjoyment of the villas.
